The Matukituki Lodge has been divided into 2 suites:
Black Peak Suite which boasts a large king sized room with en-suite and walk in wardrobe along with a bunk bed room perfect for children.
Matukituki River Suite has a large main bedroom with a luxurious king sized bed. The second room is another spacious room with 2 king single beds perfect for adults or children.
Full Lodge, alternatively, take advantage of having this luxury private lodge all to yourself. This 4 bedroom lodge is perfect for those who’ll prefer the privacy to their stay.

Zealand’s beautiful Southern Alps, 30 minutes from Wanaka town. Its convenient location is a short distance from Treble Cone Ski Area, Mount Aspiring, and Glendhu Bay.

Experience Wanaka with Alpine Heliski
Matukituki Station is a main staging area for heli-skiing in the Wanaka area. Lodge guests have the option to be picked up with the helicopter right from the lodge or do a very short drive to the pick-up area. Daily heli-skiing trips as well as private charters with the most experienced mountain guides can be arranged.
